OutsourceXperts (“we,” “us,” or “our”) built the ShambaHub app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by OutsourceXperts at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Location Data (GPS): ShambaHub collects precise location data (latitude and longitude) to fetch hyper-local agro-weather predictions, local microclimate alerts, and regional market commodity prices.
Camera and Image Data: When you use our AI disease diagnostic tool (ShambaScan), the app requests access to your device camera and image storage to capture crop and leaf photos for disease diagnosis.
Device Information: We may collect basic device information, such as your operating system version, device model, and unique device identifiers for analytics and bug tracking.
To provide our core agricultural services, ShambaHub requests the following device permissions:
Location Permission (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): Used strictly to deliver localized weather forecasts and nearby agrovet/market prices.
Camera Permission (CAMERA): Used solely to capture images of plant leaves for real-time AI disease scanning.
Storage Access (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): Used to allow you to upload existing crop photos from your gallery for diagnosis or profile updates.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.
Offline Storage: ShambaHub uses on-device local database storage (Room DB) to cache weather forecasts and farm records so you can access data without internet connectivity.
Data Transmission: All communications between the app and external APIs are encrypted using secure HTTPS/TLS protocols.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and any associated data at any time. If you wish to delete your account or stored farm profile data, please contact us at support@outsourcexperts.net, and we will fulfill your request within 30 days.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
